Marquette Vacation Photos

My first time back to Marquette since school started up back in Fall 2008. I would like to get some LARGER copies of these posted since flickr seems to be dialing back their bandwidth usage, but I don't have time to upload them to google and link them...so perhaps later :-D. E-mail me for full size versions... they look *much* better bigger!

The Fall Collection

I hope you enjoy these-- and don't forget to click them to navigate to Flickr and enjoy a higher resolution version(click 'All Sizes') that should look great as a laptop screen backdrop.

X-Country Roadtrip Part I

Back from vacation with a treasure trove of breathtaking views. Here are the first few photos I've had time to develop, and only more will come as days and weeks pass. Enjoy and if you want a large copy of the file let me know :-D.

Summer Collection

After a lot of hard work I managed to get out and enjoy the sun a bit. Also with some experimentation and reading I've learned my optical limitations with the macro equipment I'm using. Basically it came down to the fact that if you extend the lens too far from the camera for higher magnification-- you also magnify the optical artifacts that inherently come with all optical equipment no matter how expensive. After changing my methods a bit I've managed to increase the ratio of good to bad shots.
